Entry-Level Sales Representative

Job Description

You will have access to the DialSource dialing software (which you will be utilizing at least 5 hours/day), CRM, and high touch prospecting tools like LinkedIn Premium and ZoomInfo to cultivate long-term relationships with top prospective B2B customers. As part of our sales team you will be on the cutting edge of technology innovation daily and will play a key impact role in the continued growth of our company. Possessing technology and SaaS sales experience is an asset.

The ideal candidate will be confident, competitive, outgoing and detail-oriented with a track record of success driven by self-generated sales leads, and team-leading activity.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding all individual performance and developmental goals within specified time frames
  • Builds relationships with prospective new customers through outbound calling
  • Develop inbound leads generated by various marketing programs, sales campaigns, and targeted account prospecting
  • Contact new prospects and current clients to inform them of new products, services and training opportunities
  • Deliver professional sales presentations via telephone and web meeting technologies
  • Ensure successful relationship between business development and support
  • Maintain frequent reporting and communications with clients
  • Manage and nurture pipeline leads and opportunities; ensure progression of sales opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Adhere to Salesforce.com CRM business systems and activity standards

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong relationship building skills

This position will help build the next generation telephony integration for the world’s most popular CRM platforms. You will have the opportunity to help architect and build integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and other CRM platforms. Candidates should be self-starters, problem solvers, and out-of-the box thinkers. Specific CRM knowledge isn’t required, but is preferred.

Controller/Accounting Manager

Job Description:

DialSource is currently recruiting a Controller to perform key processes for operational and financial accounting. The Controller will have extensive knowledge of project-based accounting and have experience with project-based management software as well as QuickBooks and Salesforce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter transactions into financial and project management systems.
  • Reconciles accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Works to ensure GAAP compliance.
  • Monitors and manages accounts receivables and unbilled revenue.
  • Generates journal entries as needed to record unbilled revenue.
  • Distributes and analyzes project management reports.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with project-based accounting
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills
