National Sports Forum 2016

The National Sports Forum wrapped up last Tuesday and our DialSource Team is back home from the events refreshed and ready to tackle on the next game plan. Did you miss out? Don’t worry, we got you covered.
So what’s the big deal?
“The National Sports Forum is the largest annual cross gathering of the top team sports marketing, sales, promotions and event entertainment executives – from throughout the broad spectrum of teams and leagues, (i.e. NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, Minor Leagues, Racing, Colleges, etc.), in North America.”
This event gathers sports professionals from all over the country from all different types of sports to exchange information and to network with one another over the course of three days. That means the nations best of the best are attending ready to share their successes and exchange ideas and information all around.

Live Demos
At our lucky booth 7, we demonstrated how sales professionals can get their team on track using our advanced technology to dial more than they ever have before, with increased live connections. We swept them off their feet as we demonstrated how post call automation, pre-recorded voicemails, dialing modes, regional ID, and countless other features makes it easy for them to focus on quality without losing quantity.
Breakout Session
We sparked a conversation about how technology and sales go hand in hand with an exceptional panel featuring our CEO Joshua Tillman, NBA’s Sacramento Kings’ VP Ticket Sales & Service Phil Horn & Stephen Leopold and Stanford Athletics’ Director of Ticket Sales & Service Kevin Holman. Our success stories with The Kings and Stanford garnered a lot of interest in how we work hard to keep that human connection alive when addressing fan involvement and investment within their sports teams.

Overall, we had a blast at the National Sports Forum in Portland, Oregon this year! Among the many conversations we had with professionals all over the nation, we look forward to humanizing the connection between the teams and their supporters to create the ultimate fan experience.
To share the love (and success) we are venturing on to new territory. DialSource is excited to announce our expansion on to Microsoft Dynamics in Q2. Our Salesforce clients love us so much we thought it was time to give in to the requests from Microsoft users.
